VIDYA VARIDHI VIDYALAYA was founded by the noted educationist and philanthropist Prof. S.P.Singh in the year 2003, in the district Palghar, with the noble aim of opening the gates of higher education to the less fortunate children of our country. He appropriately named the institution : VIDYA VARIDHI, the 'ocean of knowledge'.

VIDYA VARIDHI VIDYALAYA aims at providing education to our younger generation in the best traditions of Indian Culture and civilization, inculcating them moral and intellectual values, as enshrined in our ancient literature and traditions.

VIDYA VARIDHI VIDYALAYA has a well stocked library, where in addition to subject text books,standard books by prominent authors, Reference books, News Papers, Periodicals and magazines are available for the students.
